The Zelman Meats menu will have your mouth watering from the first second you clasp eyes on it - a sensational selection of steaks from Canada and Australia, complemented by sides and sauces.
But before you get ahead of yourself, peruse the starters - Beef Carpaccio, Lobster Croquettes, Tiger Prawn Tempura and the creamiest Burrata.
On the main courses, the steaks take centre stage; Wagyu Rib-Eye from Australia - Grade 8-9+, cereal grains fed Japanese Black; Grain finished Angus Aberdeen Black Fillet from Canada; Australian Striploin - grain-finished Hereford & Angus Aberdeen Black; and Canadian grain-finished Angus Aberdeen Black Rib-Eye and Picanha.

If you’re seeking an alternative to steaks, there are incredible short ribs - USDA, slow cooked with BBQ sauce; seabass; or the Zelman Wagyu Burger. You can’t go wrong with any of them!
The steaks come with a choice of sauces - BBQ, Peppercorn, Chimichurri or Sriracha Mayo - and whatever main course you order, there’s a myriad of sides including Black Truffle and Parmesan Chips, Portobello Mushrooms, Superfood Salad, Triple Cooked Chips, Charred Hispi Cabbage and Roasted Heirloom Carrots to name a few.

You’ll develop a thirst simply by reading the menu - and need something to accompany the food.
The drinks menu doesn’t disappoint, especially the Zelman cocktails - whether it’s a Rapple (Malibu Rum, Cloudy Apple Juice, Raspberry), Old Fashioned ‘Bad To The Bone’ (Buffalo Trace Whiskey, Beef Fat, Malbec Syrup, Celery Bitters), Smoky Margarita (Corazón Blanco Tequila, Mezcal, Agave, Lime, Apple, Spicy Rib Rub) or a creamy Pina Colada (Pampero White Rum, Malibu, Pineapple, Coconut cream).
Looking for flavour but no alcohol? Zelman’s great Mocktails are definitely ones to savour, such as Summer Sunrise, Virgin Mojito and Rosemary Power, or a wealth of soft drinks and juices.
If it’s a glass of beer you’re craving, Zelman serves lager and pale ale from Meantime; Menabrea premium Italian lager, as well as Lucky Saint and Peroni Libera if you prefer the low alcohol options.

Famous London landmarks including Hyde Park, Belgrave Square and Buckingham Palace all in the immediate vicinity - you’re coming by tube or bus, we’re well connected; a myriad of bus routes pass by the door - 9, 10, 14, 19, 22, 52, 74, 137, 414, 452, C1; while when it comes to the London Underground, Knightsbridge tube station is just two minutes away by foot, while Hyde Park Corner is only a five-minute walk.
