Book NowIf there’s one thing that’s (almost) as good as our steaks at Zelman Meats, it’s our cocktails. We don’t just serve the classics, we reinterpret them and give them our own trademark stamp - for instance, some of them even use beef fat, if you can’t get enough of a meat fix from the food menu. They really are ‘bad to the bone’.
No wonder folk keep coming back.

So what’s on our cocktail menu? What’s your poison? Old Fashioned, Martini, Mojito, Mule?
We’ve got all those and more, but expect something a little different from the norm. We like to surprise and delight - just like we do with the food.
Whether your preference is vodka, whiskey, tequila, rum or cognac, we have a cocktail for you.
Our Old Fashioned is subtitled ‘To The Bone’ because we use Beef Fat Washed Buffalo Trace Whiskey alongside Malbec syrup and celery bitters for an incredible hit of flavors.
If you like tequila, you’ll love our Smoky Margarita - Corazon Blanco Tequila, Quiquiriqui Mezcal, agave, lime juice, apple juice and Spicy Rib Rub; or how about the Blueberry dreams- Ketel One vodka, Blueberry, pomegranate and lime juice.

Now while cocktails might grab all the attention at our bar, there are plenty more great drinks to choose from and discover - from mocktails and soft drinks, to beer and cider, wines and spirits.
Our Mocktails might be alcohol free but they don’t lack flavour - try our ango and Raspberry Lemonade, Summer Sunrise or Virgin mojito and you’ll see what we mean.
When it comes to our wine list, we’ve spent a great deal of time doing ‘research’ to bring you the very best from vineyards across the world - sparkling wines from Italy, France and England; white wines from as far afield as the Austria and New Zealand, and reds from Argentina to Australia and everywhere in between.
If you need some guidance, simply speak to one of our knowledgeable (and friendly) bar staff who’ll be only too happy to help. They know their stuff.

Whether it’s a few cocktails with friends or simply a beer to wind down after work, Zelman Meats is a great place to drink and relax - and it’s easy to find, too.
Coming by bus? There’s a myriad of bus routes that pass our Knightsbridge door, including the 9, 10, 14, 19, 22, 52, 74, 137, 414, 452 and C1.
By Tube, you can reach us from Knightsbridge station in two minutes by foot, while Hyde Park Corner is only a five-minute walk.
When it comes to what else is nearby (we’re at the junction of Knightsbridge and Sloane Street), how about a walk in Kensington Gardens or Hyde Park; take in the sights at Buckingham Palace, get some retail therapy at Harrods or get your fix of knowledge at the Natural History Museum - all within easy reach.
