Book NowIf, like us, you’re mad about meat, then it stands to reason you should be at least a little wise about wine too. The two go hand in hand - the perfect steak needs and deserves the perfect drink to complement it.
Whether it’s sparkling, white, red or rose, at Zelman Meats we have some of the finest choices from across the globe. And that’s not forgetting dessert, with sweet wines and ports to finish the meal in style.
The finest from the vine
We like to think that we spend as much time and care selecting our wine bins as we do choosing our meats; from Australia to Argentina, New Zealand to Napa Valley, we’ve trawled the globe to bring you a wine menu that’s hard to beat.
We also know you may not all want the same wine, or you may want something different with your main course from starter, so many of our wines are available by the glass as well as bottle.
Kick off the evening in style with some bubbles; we have a fine selection of sparkling wines, including the likes of Dom Perrignon and Krug Champagne, French Ruinart, Italian Prosecco and a rather lovely NV Ridgeview Blanc de Noir from Sussex.
When you think ‘steak’ you usually think ‘red wine’ - and our selection doesn’t disappoint. From steak’s best friend, the Malbec from Mendoza in Argentina, to Spanish Rioja, Syrah (and its spicy Australian cousin, Shiraz) to some rather special French vintages (The Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Pinot Noir is sensational), we have all bases covered. When it comes to whites, there’s just as much choice - Austrian Gruner Veltliner, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand and a rather fabulous Chenin Blanc from South Africa, to name but a few.
Round off the evening with a glass of something fabulous too - whether that’s a drop of Hungarian Royal Tokaji, some port from Porto, Portugal (where else?) or a glass of Valpolicella from Veneto.
Food, glorious food
Yes, the wines are sensational, but we’re called Zelman Meats for a reason; steak is our passion - our love, knowledge and obsession. From the breeding to feeding to cooking, we’re all about the meat, and we want you to enjoy the pleasures of Picanha, the rapture of a Ribeye and the seductiveness of Striploin, every bit as much as we do.
Just as we will with the wine list, allow us to guide and navigate you through the Zelman Meats menu, and advise which steak might be best for you, and then cook it to perfection and to your preference - rare, medium rare, well done, or blue if you like it as primordial as it comes.
So what’s on offer? Kick off with Tiger Prawn Tempura, the tenderest Beef Carpaccio, Burrata or Lobster Croquettes. Mouth watering yet?
Of course you’ll doubtless be here for the meats, right? Our Fillet, Striploin, Ribeye and Picanha are all Spring Creeks AA+ Grade grain-finished beef, or if you want to go big to the bone, target a 35 days dry aged Bone in Ribeye or Porterhouse from UK.
If after all of our guidance and suggestions you still can’t decide, don’t worry - you don’t have to. The Zelman Plate is every cut to share for a minimum of two people. It really is the best of both worlds.
If you do want an alternative, there’s an amazing Zelman wagyu burger, Juicy and tender USDA BBQ short rib or a wonderful fillet of seabass, while the list of sides alone will send your taste buds into a tailspin - a superfood salad, black truffle and parmesan chips, charred hispi cabbage and triple cooked chips just some of the temptations.

While you may need some help navigating the wine list and menu, the good news is that Zelman Meats itself is pretty easy to find.
We’re at the heart of Knightsbridge, at the junction of Sloane Street - the likes of Belgrave Square, Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park all close by.
If you’re coming by Tube or bus, we’re well connected; a myriad of bus routes pass by the door - 9, 10, 14, 19, 22, 52, 74, 137, 414, 452, C1; while when it comes to the London Underground, Knightsbridge tube station is just two minutes away by foot, while Hyde Park Corner is only a five-minute walk.
