How about something a little different? Our Old Fashioned ‘To The Bone’ is just that - Buffalo Trace Whiskey, beef fat, Malbec syrup and celery bitters combine for a flavour sensation. Whiskey drinkers will also love the Tropical Manhattan - our twist on a classic, it features Buffalo Trace Whiskey, Cinzano Rosso Vermouth, pineapple and Peychaud’s Bitters. Sweet and sharp all in one glass. There’s also the intriguingly named Camel’s Back - Hennessy VS Cognac, Baron de Sigognac 20yr, Copper Dog Whisky, Green Chartreuse and Peychaud’s Bitters. A quirky name but an incredible drink.
The Smoky Margarita is just that - a smoky blend of Corazon Blanco Tequila, Vida Mezcal, agave, lime, apple and spicy rib rub, while there’s the likes of the Zelman Daiquiri, Figgin’ Thyme, Spicy Thoughts and Blueberry Dreams to also consider. Did someone say ‘spoilt for choice’?

Even though you’ve headed out primarily for cocktails in Westminster, you have to eat… and the menu at Zelman Meats will prove to be every bit as wonderfully distracting and dazzling as the cocktail list.
We’re mad about meat - obsessed, some say - but our attention to detail means you’re enjoying the finest steaks known to man - Spring Creeks AA+ Grade, grain-finished beef from Alberta, Canada - whether that’s Ribeye, Fillet, Striploin or Picanha. If you simply can’t decide, go for the Zelman Plate - every cut on one plate to share (minimum two people).
Barmy for burgers? No problem - our juicy Zelman Wagyu burger consists of a 180g Wagyu patty topped with cheddar cheese, crispy onion, pickles and a tasty sriracha burger sauce served alongside our much-loved triple cooked chips. Amazing.
And we haven’t even mentioned the sea bass or the sensational starters like Tiger Prawn Tempura, Burrata, Beef Carpaccio, Lobster Croquettes or Roasted Bone Marrow. Oh my…

Tracking down Zelman Meats is easy - we are literally at the heart of the action in London, at the junction of Knightsbridge and Sloane Street. If you’re visiting Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park or enjoyed some retail therapy at Harrods, we are close at hand.
If you’re coming by tube or bus (rather than taxi or walking), then it’s pretty straightforward; the nearest tube stations are Knightsbridge (three minutes’ walk) and Hyde Park Corner (only eight minutes by foot), while there’s an array of buses which pass and stop nearby - head to the Transport for London website for more information.
