All of our Canadian beef is halal, so there’s a fantastic choice of prime cuts – from Picanha to fillet, there’s a wide selection to suit every palate.
A cut above the rest
We might have mentioned before - we’re crazy meat lovers, and our menu of incredible halal steaks, sourced from the Canadian prairies, take some beating.
Spring Creeks AA+ Grade, grain-finished beef from Alberta, Canada, there’s a mouth-watering menu to look over - Ribeye, Fillet, Striploin or Picanha; all our Canadian steaks are halal, but if the choice is all too baffling, how about the Zelman Plate - every cut on one plate to share (minimum two people).
If you’re more of a burger person, then meet our juicy Zelman Wagyu burger, which is also halal. Feast on a 180g Wagyu patty topped with cheddar cheese, crispy onion, pickles and a tasty sriracha burger sauce served alongside our much-loved triple cooked chips.
If you’re visiting us at lunchtime, there’s the added temptation of our fantastic halal steak frites with a glass of wine for just £22 - Canadian Striploin with triple cooked chips and a glass of Nostros Reserva Carmenere. Incredible value and flavour.

So, you’ve ordered an incredible halal steak or Wagyu burger – you need a drink to match. The great news is that the drinks menu at Zelman Meats delivers on all fronts.
If you like cocktails, we have something for everyone – from the Zelman Daiquiri made with the finest Pampero Blanco Rum, to the vodka-based Blueberry Dreams; Spicy Thoughts - Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum, Spiced Cloudy Apple, Ginger Beer, to the incredible Smoky Margarita - Corazon Blanco Tequila, Vida Mezcal, Agave, Lime, Apple, Spicy Rib Rub.
If you’re giving booze the night off, or simply don’t drink, we have a great selection of Mocktails, from Zelman Lemonade to our tasty Fig Temptation. What they lack in alcohol they more than make up for in flavour.
As well as a huge range of soft drinks, we also have Meantime lager, Forest Road Work IPA and Lucky Saint low alcohol beer. There’s also Sassy Cidre Brut – a great medium cider from Le Château de Sassy in Normandy. It really is ‘formidable’.
